there was a cartoon on when I was young (ish), around about 1998-2000 in the UK, it may have been called robo something, it was a kind of 3d cartoon world, and was set in the future, the main guy had blue skins and short dreadlock styled hair. Thanks in advance, this ones been bugging me for months
