Any suggestons for a new holiday / new years hair style?

my hair is black and a little past my shoulder and cut in layers but the layers arent as neat as they used to be. my hair is also wavy....

should i cut it shorter?

should i cut it in layers again?

should i get bangs?

should i dye it or highlight it?

I say cut a little shorter, get some layers (Choppy) add bangs and call it a day!!
