Buy a wig, hat, use pretty clips, hairbands or wear a scarf until it grows out.

Get lots of cute head bands. If it's super short just tease it out, make it crazy. If it's a medium length, just keep cute head bands and wraps in it.

how short ??? too short... bold like ??? If not, you can try extension like Beyonc鑼?or braids ... or you can pretend that you wanted to make a donation for breast cancer and fix it all around. If it's very bad just put a hat on or a short wig and a bandanna

go onto the internet and look up some hairstyles or go to the salon you went to and ask the what you are supposed to do with it.

Go back to the salon and tell the stylist that you can't live with the haircut, and ask if there is anything they can do to fix it. Normally they will attempt to fix it for free, and will give you a certificate for a free haircut too. If it is still awful, it's time to find a new stylist and in the meantime let your hair grow out. Hopefully it still fits into some sort of a ponytail!!

use like head bands and clips or you could get some funky highlights adn do it that way you could also do like a half cornrow thing like don;t cornrow it all hust liek 2in or or so i love to do that to my hair
