I've had my hair long before and i cut it short and now i really deeply regret it, it wouldn't grow longer than my shoulder now

You should only cut it short if you have the right face shape

Short hair shows off your face more, so if you have high cheek bones it would emphasise on that etc.

oval faces are good with short hair tooo, but you must have really prodiment features

i may not be a girl but i am a man, i think you should not cut it because women with short hair appears to men like geeks or nerds or sometimes dorky so dont cut it until it reaches your hips of course, and you may cut it until your wings but not above the shoulders

well i am totally against cutting but this a sugestion with ur long hair. get layers. it is the best and easyest way 2 style hair. NO CUTTSEYS!

noooo don't cut your hair.long is better.but if you really really want to cut it then you can have layers.or maybe time to time.short,then shorter,shorter,shorter..could i tell it?

please don't cut your hair to short. my hair used to be down to my bum when i was 7 had it cut really short and I've regretted it ever since never been able to get it that length again and i am now 26!
