hi, I'm a guy and I recently just got a bad haircut but I don't want to get another one so I'd like some ideas on how to style it so it doesn't look bad

sorry if the drawing looks retarded but it's exactly what it looks like

my hairdresser basically cut short of my tail but left the upper back part long so that the back looks so thick and now the head kinda looks like mushroom

so how can i style it until it grows back?

Oh! do not worry. Just runa comb through (if possible) and talk to people in a confident manner. this style can be a trend setter. Dont be surprised if u are called for an interview by AOHS (authority on hair styling)

I myself have had a few bad haircuts? I say find someone that well taper the back sharping it toward the neck so that it feels smooth and tapered have them style your hair. Go to a good man barber they know how to cut hair better than anyone I know . Get one that has been cutting hair for a long time, they usually don't charge very much either. Stick with this guy until he dies, he will know your head of hair better than anybody.

Im a barber and I recomend that you at least go to a barber and thin out the back you wont loose lenght but it will make it easier to style using pomade or waxer, not grease, use the messy look and you should look modern and yet still allow your hair to grow.

Pull the front and top of your hair back and put it in a ponytail, then shave underneath the ponytail so it is about 1 cm. long on the shaved part. Once the ponytail gets longer, you can start wearing it all long and loose. Wash it everyday, but don't brush it too often. Let it get a little ratty looking. Good luck!
