I already have that haircut, I have short sidebangs and tons of short, choppy layer sat the top then long strands at the bottom (tts all my nautral hair, no extensions). But the thing my hair is currently pretty straight and flat, and I want it to be poofy and my sidebangs to be peicy and basically exactly how it is the picture. What exactly should I do and how should i style it to make it looks how it is in the picture?

then starting at your crown %26amp; working all around on the short layers,

tease it %26amp; hairspray each spot, then after that brush the top layer lightly so it's not as ratty, %26amp; it should look like that or until the desired look, keep teasing.

then finish with a little more hairspray the only thing is.. you can loose alot of hair from knotting it all the time %26amp; from all the product, etc.

well to get it exactly like that you'd have to bleach your hair completely and then dye two pieces pink and one in black stripes. make sure you do that when it is straight. stripes are really hard to do. but to just get your hair to look like that hair spray sections at a time to make it stay pouffy and piecy. hold your hair pieces up while spraying them. and if you don't wan't to use hair spray tease sections of your hair.

i am a guy and i have a hair style sort of like trainwreck (paul grithiths) all i do is hairsrpay the top of it and just shake my head around a bunch and then it is basicly all poofy and a little spikey or whatevr.

if you want your hair like that, it's called razored hair so you're gonna have to get like a shaving razor and just cut it yourself. my friend she has hair like that %26amp; it looks the EXACT same

Get some styling gel. Take pieces of hair run your fingers from the root of your hair to the bottom with dime size gel in you index finger and thumb finger. You can also tease your hair, so thats it make is bigger.
