What hair cut would suit my son?

my son is 15 but has a very young face he currently has long black hair but he now wants it cut short but we dont know what style will suit him please can you help thanks

Several options - leave it long and black and buy him a drum kit and an electric guitar (I've always liked long hair on people!)

Leave it long but dye parts of it blue and purple; consequences of this however may be moroseness and a tendency to wear black... ;)

Avoid the mullet at all costs unless you want him to have no friends and come home with black eyes constantly! lol

Seriously though, why not use google images to find film stars he's a little like, and see if they've had their hair done in different styles, and which he prefers. Also depends on the type of hair - if it's frizzy, something short and neat would be better or he'll end up with it all over the place, if it's shiny and straight he could probably get away with something floppy but manageable.

Or if it grows fast, get it cut very short and see what looks best once it starts growing to that length.

Either way, make sure he's happy with it!

Get a mullett like I've got - it suits a long face

A number 2 all over

Why doesnt he go for the currently trendy very short around the sides and a wee bit longer on top. top can be spiked or flattened as required.

Failing that buy hair magazine for inspiration.

It's always better to have an idea before you go to the hairdressers - they are capable of talking anyone into anything!!
